Motorola's newly announced Project Ara is an innovative project started to introduce customization in smartphones. This is an idea to build smartphones on a modular basis so customers can select desired components to build the phone that meets his requirements. This project is based on the idea of mix-and-match components.
The most exciting part of this project is that you don't need to buy a new phone when your screen breaks or you want larger internal flash storage or more powerful processor, just buy a new compatible component and fix it in the given space in the mobile frame.
