PTCL has launched EVO Tab with the support of 3G and WiFi networks. 3G EVO Tab is the descendant of previously launched PTCL’s 3G Futura Mobile Phone. This type of luxurious and handy smartphones e.g. Apple iPad and Samsung Tab series are already very popular among Pakistani youth. But no network other than PTCL offers 3G service in Pakistan so a person can’t use all features of previous 3G smartphones. PTCL is not currently offering its services to other 3G enabled handsets and tabs except its own launched handset and tab. PTCL EVO Tab has not only the support of this latest technology of 3G but also has access to PTCL’s 3G network which is already working successfully in many cities.

ReplyDeleteThis device is completely useless. I bought it. it costs me 32K. I cannot do browsing on my PC using tethering. Tried to watch movie on it and it hanged forever. No way to hard reboot or remove battery. No help from help line. They say they do not have training for trouble shooting evo tab. Complete shit.
Recently I bought this device and i had faces same problem which mentioned by omer but after PTCL techical support the issue is resolved. there is only one change is to be neeed that you will have to change to MTU (Wireless Network Connection) from 1500 to 1300 because this device is set on 1300 MTU and its allow internet through 1300 MTU. Please follow this guideline and change and enjoy this device and at this stage this devcie is very good and the internet speed very excellent.

ReplyDeletei agree. pakistan main agar koe ache cheez aa he gae hai bad kismate say to plz usay is kadar D grade a karo yar. i have personally use this tab. this is out standing. if you are not use to with it. so this is your personal problem. but is tarah sub k sammnay apni country made product ko D grade na karo.

ReplyDeletecome on people, PTCL is making people fool by saying 3G, its not 3G, it's something else,
ReplyDeleteif PTCL had 3G, it would be giving out connections to other 3g enabled devices, but this is not 3g, they might be using just their wifi access points lol, because where there are more users using their "3g" services, its speed gets deadly slow, even hard to browse internet.
and secondly this device is max 12000 worth, and they just give free internet with it and make the device high price, bullshit, new legal ways to rob people!!!
