How to Apply Online for Admission in Govt. Colleges of Punjab

Punjab government has started Online College Admissions System (OCAS) for online admissions of intermediate in more than 728 public sector colleges of Punjab. Getting admission has become easier with this system. These government colleges across Punjab are using Online College Admissions System for processing intermediate admissions applications for their FA, FSc General Science, FSc Pre-Medical, FSc Pre-Engineering, I Com, D Com and ICS programs.

Salient Features 

• Apply from anywhere and anytime. No need to visit the college to get information, prospectus and admission. 
• All colleges and all of their programs are available at a single website to apply for admissions. You can apply in more than one programs and colleges too.
• Admission system has also become transparent.
• Lesser admission fee (Rs. 25 only) than applying offline through the prospectus.
• Track admission status online in real time.
• Free of cost availability of college brochures and online admission forms is an added feature of the system.

How to Apply

• Visit www.ocas.punjab.gov.pk
• Enter your Matric Roll Number, select your Board, year, session and Login.
• Click on "Create Application" and fill the simple form by selecting the district, college, program and quota.
• Print application processing fee slip.
• Deposit processing fee (Rs. 25) at any branch of Bank of Punjab.

How It Works

Matric results of students are available in the system which enables the applicants to access the system by entering the only minimum set of information (Matric Roll Number, BISE, Year and Session). You can apply to any particular college or program through a simple online form. In addition to this, you can also download and print your application fee slip through the system. Your application will become valid when you pay application processing fee of Rs 25 at any branch of Bank of Punjab.

Important Information

• Please make sure to print the fee slip and pay the application fee (Rs 25 per application) at any branch of Bank of Punjab.
• Your application will be visible to the college when the application fee has been paid.
• It may take up to 2 hours for fee status to be updated on the bank website after the fee has been deposited.
• Candidates from the federal board and other boards of different provinces can apply via manual application submission process at college. Please contact the relevant college for details.

Select your district and college from a list of more than 700 colleges. Download prospectus to see programs, fee structure, faculty, phone number etc.
