The Islamic Republic of Pakistan is the 6th most populous country of the world with a population exceeding 213 million people and 33rd largest country with an area of 881,913 square kilometers. Pakistanis are about 3.5% of the total world population.
Pakistan has four provinces; Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and three territories; Islamabad Capital Territory, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir. Provinces and territories are further divided into divisions and tehsils (sub-divisions).
Chaghi is the largest district of Pakistan by area while Lahore is the largest district by population.
Karachi is the 5th largest city of the world while Lahore is 14th and Faisalabad is 78th largest cities of the world as per Wikipedia's List of Cities Proper by Population. Karachi and Lahore are also included in the world's list of mega-cities.

1. Karachi
Karachi is not only the largest city of Pakistan but also it is the largest city in the whole Muslim world with its population of about 15 million. It is the most densely populated city of Pakistan; more than 24,000 individuals are living in every square kilometer. Karachi is the financial hub of Pakistan.
2. Lahore
Lahore is the 2nd largest city of Pakistan on the basis of population. Its population is more than 11 million. The city of Lahore was always an important city during the Mughal Empire, Sikh Empire, and the British regime, and it is still an important and glorious city.
Badshahi Masjid and Mazar-e-Iqbal (Tomb of Allama Iqbal) are located in this historical city of Punjab.
3. Faisalabad
With a population of about 3.2 million people, Faisalabad is the 2nd largest city of Pakistan. It is famous for its clock tower (locally named as Ghanta Ghar) which is located at the center of 8 markets.
4. Rawalpindi
The city of Rawalpindi is located along with federal capital Islamabad and it is the 4th largest city of Pakistan.
