Yellow Cab Good News - Relaxation in Qualification and Application Date Extended

Mian Shahbaz Sharif, Chief Minister of Punjab has recently launched Yellow-cab scheme in Punjab province. I have posted a detailed article about Yellow Cab Scheme here on this blog a few weeks ago. You can read this post here:
Many of my visitors and other public wished that government should give relaxation in Educational Qualification and Age Limit. It is very appreciable that Punjab Government acknowledged this public demand and announced some revisions and modifications in application criteria.
A spokesman of Punjab Government said today that minimum criteria to apply for this scheme has been changed and now the minimum required education is Matric instead of Inter (FA, FSc...). Moreover last date of application submission is also extended up to 15 August 2011, previously it was 30 July 2011.
Although Government has not announced any relaxation in age limit and requirement of driving license, but I wish that government should also make some revisions about these two conditions.
