  3. CDA people should feel some thing and intimate about balloting date, they are earning money form the banks by putting advance payment of people. Plz give us some final answer. this is also a form of corruption and i am thinking about writing to supreme court in three days time

  5. So far officially I have not received balloting result. Apart from balloting result recently I have asked someone to check the current market prices of I-16 and finally came to know that the plots available in the market are less price than the CDA announced which is 10 Lakh for five marlas. The difference is almost two lakh which I assume is huge amount for all the applicants applied for said plot in I-16.

In this respect a commission is required to announce and submit his report to High or Supreme Court. The report will include definately with the remarks of corruption and malpractice in CDA
. Since I am not resident of Islamabad and being outsider I simply believed in CDA announcement through media publication offering best price for the residents. When I found it is not true. Someone should come forward and look into the matter seriously and appeal to the higher court for immediate relief and the refund of ist installment which is in CDA account.
